About Vision 2020
Vision 2020 is a committee of the Town of Arlington that partners community volunteers, Town employees and Town leaders in a joint planning process. This process focuses on accomplishing the Town goals which were enacted by Town Meeting in 1993. The Standing Committee oversees the projects of the task groups and reports to Town Meeting on the progress and activitites of the Vision 2020 collaboration.
Vision 2020 is organized into various task groups, which focus the work of the group on a Town Goal. All of the task groups welcome new members - for individual projects or longer term involvement.
