How do I navigate the Site?
On the right hand panel, you can turn on layers of data by simply clicking on one of the check boxes. For example, to load Parcel data (this may take a few minutes) click on "Parcel" on the left hand side.
How can I zoom into a certain section of the map?
Click on the tool bar on the left hand side - choose the  button. While holding down your right hand mouse button drag along the map - to the right to increase the size - to the left to decrease the size of the map.
How can I move the map view to a different area?
Click on the tool bar on the left hand side - choose the . Go into the map area and click the right hand mouse button and drag the map to the area you wish to view.
How do I find my parcel data?
Use the "Search on Address" feature. First select the street you want to see, and then the specific street number
What is an "ortho-image"?
An ortho image is a photograph taken from a flyover of the Town of Arlington. If you click on "Ortho Image" - the flyover photos for the entire Town will load. Please note it may take several minutes to load the ortho images.
Why don't legend colors get printed after I do a Print Preview and hit the Print button, as the legend colors are visible in the Print Preview?
This is probably due to your browser settings. In Internet Explorer, please go to Tools--->Internet Options--->Advanced--->and Scroll down until you see Printing heading. Here, check the box which says "Print background colors and Images", and click on "Apply". This should solve the problem.
