ONE-WAY TRAFFIC: The streets or parts of streets or municipal off-street parking areas or parts of municipal off-street parking areas designated in Schedule III hereto appended and specifically incorporated in this section shall have one-way traffic and all vehicular traffic shall move on these streets or municipal off-street parking areas or parts thereof in the direction designated in Schedule III.
