LEGAL NOTICE
The Conservation Commission will hold a public meeting in the 2nd floor conference room of the Town Hall Annex (southwest entrance), on Thursday, March 15, 2007, at 8:30pm, in accordance with the provisions of the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act (M.G.L. Ch.131, s.40, as amended) and of the Arlington By-Law for Wetlands Protection (Title V, Article 8), to consider a REQUEST for DETERMINATION OF APPLICABILITY for drainage work related to redevelopment at 1406 MASSACHUSETTS AVE within the RIVERFRONT AREA of MILL BROOK.
