The commission usually meets the first and third Thursdays of the month at 7:45pm in the 2nd-floor conference room, Town Hall Annex. If business requires, it may meet the second and fourth Thursdays. Agendas, posted on the calendar, are received via e-mail or taken from the public posting near the Town Clerk's office at Town Hall. Cori Beckwith is the board administrator, and she posts these minutes.
