2. Reservoir Fee Proposal
Mr. Jalbert, and Ms. Kraemer re-submitted their recommendations for fees for the Reservoir Summer 2004 Season.
“Information that Ms. Mayer had previously forwarded to Commissioners and staff researched on fees charged for freshwater swimming facilities in surrounding communities was reviewed. Ms. Mayer submitted a modified fee proposal that incorporated the suggestions made by the Commissioners at the last meeting and those suggested in discussions at the Vision 20/20 Arlington Reservoir Committee. The Reservoir Committee also suggested that an open house event to promote and highlight recent improvement to the atmosphere and cleanliness might help to increase the sale of tags and attendance. This was considered as something worth pursuing for this year.”
Each fee structure was discussed individually and subsequent to that discussion the following motion was made.
