Thanks again for your interest in SomerStat! I will be happy to meet with you and others from Arlington to discuss our experience with the stat program here in Somerville. If you'd like for me and others from Somerville to travel to Arlington to meet with you and your committee, that can also be arranged.
In case you don't already have it from Stephanie Hirsch, I am attaching a recent presentation that outlines Mayor Curtatone's management initiatives. It highlights SomerStat and describes related initiatives - such as the program budget, customer service and 311 call center, etc. If you are interested in a certain department or area, I could also send you some examples of SomerStat meeting presentations.
There have been some changes in our schedule, but here is a list of meetings over the remainder of the year. Our SomerStat team (currently myself and two senior analysts) are also working on some special projects that are not necessarily covered in SomerStat meetings.
Please let me know which meetings you would like to attend, and how many people will be coming per meeting. We will be sure to e-mail you the meeting presentation on the day before the meeting and can have handouts copied for you when you are here.
